voco Dusseldorf Seestern, an IHG Hotel

The hotel looks fancy and everything was great. The rooms looked exactly like in the photos. Beds were comfy and room was clean. In the room there are a cattle and a coffee machine with a selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate, and a tiny fridge/wine cabinet. The hotel located a bit far from the city centre, but public transport stops are a few minutes away, very convenient. We did not use the restaurant, so don't know how it was. Also there is a free parking in ~7 minutes walk from the hotel.

I requested a cot for our baby. When we got to the room there wasn't one. I asked at the reception before we went for dinner and when we got to the room there was a nice camping cot with a pillow and duvet and extra towels.

The receptionist that checked us in was wonderful and very helpful with helping us with things to do before check in time, I regret that I don’t remember her name! Lovely suite, very quiet and close to airport. Had a great experience in Germany generally but the hotel made it perfect.

The hotel is very nice as well as its installations. I also had dinner there, food was good and atmosphere great.

Hotel well organized, easy connected to public transportation, receptionists very customer oriented and helpful. I was there during a German vacation day and the reception was opened, very good point, it was not like that for other hotel of same category.
